• All bets are binding from the moment they are confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the Cash Out feature is available and active.

777game continuously monitors usage patterns and reserves the right to preventively suspend accounts that display suspicious behavior while an investigation is conducted. Balances in preventively suspended accounts are protected throughout the process.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time through 777game support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any open bets will be settled normally and available balances will be returned via Pix to the registered CPF holder, provided there are no pending verifications or ongoing investigations.

777game may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:
